Ultraperipherical Region

Ultraperipherical Region (UPC): ie, or more simply the "outermost regions" are those regions far removed from the European continent, mostly the overseas territories and departments of the European member states. the foundational Treaties defined these regions as part of the European Union and allocate them structural funds to back their development.
